We have stands at the larger shows but the majority of our appointments are still at our customer's own stores or offices. This provides us a much better understanding of their business and how to best to serve their requirements. It also allows us when possible to meet other team members and to build a brand energy with them too. This all helps to improve brand sell through rates for our customers.
